Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.

Label and Ship

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
